Question planned backup is not running

Hello everybody,

I have set everything up in the backup manager.
An external FTP storage
Backup job scheduled - daily at 11pm

But the job is not executed, if I start the job manually, everything is OK.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I use: VPS Ubuntu 20.04 LTS 64bit + Plesk Obsidian - Version 18.0.41

In the version Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64bit + Plesk Onyx this still ran

You need to remove the existing "pmm" process and the jobs related to the keyword "backup" and "backupmng" from the Linux process list. You also need to identify the backup that failed the FTP access that got stuck. Disable that backup, then automated backups will run again.
