Once installed, I run the link: http://localhost:8443 then the following error( In Windows2k3):

ERROR: Exception
The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at RegQueryValueEx valueName=pwd

Please help me handle the error.

Silly question, but does C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\constants.php3 exist ?
