Issue Plek give error Database

dear I have regular time that plesk 500 has error, so I can not log in via admin pannel,

if I use https: // mydomain: 8443, it asks if I want to use repatkit, I can't login there either,

SSH therefore does not work.

some one can help ? some time if I reboot the server will be work for few day en then again the problem,

Obviously something is wrong with the database service. You have to login to the server with ssh and try to repair it.
If the socket file cannot be created, this may be due to a problem with free disk space. This article may help in this case -  Plesk does not operate properly when a server lacks disk space or inodes: No space left on device
