Plesk 10.4.4 mchk error

i have 10.4.4 Update #15

but mchk result is

Errors occured in mail restore procedure
Some utilities have exited with errors:
/usr/lib/plesk-9.0/mail_spam_restore

why mail_spam_restore... fails

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --spam-only

and try to find a reason in /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog after that.

what is the error look like?

cause i downloaded maillog, it has just only spf errors and no another errors or warnings occured. everything seems ok.

but nothing happens with "-v" option.

Bünyamin the problem is related with dnsbl. Would you disable or select another dnsbl provider from mail settings? It's a temporary solution and it works for me. Selam.

i disabled dnsbl, but nothing changed. mchk result is same...

which dnsbl service are you using?

i changed the "wait_timeout=300" in "my.cnf"

problem resolved...
