good morning

My problem lies in the following actualize my Plesk panel to 10.4.4 and started to configure my domain which is protected under ssl "admin.a1ingenio.com" install the certificate on the panel all works perfectly well with the panel when I go to my account again subdomain install the certificate for this work with my subdomain, and when open the website I get another certificate with the name of install64. can check in https://admin.a1ingenio.com/

and https://admin.a1ingenio.com:8443

regards,

I have similar issue since updated server ssl works only for plesk panel not for clients/customers.

SSL certs work fine in general for clients when the client has their own dedicated IP address.

Can you provide more details please in case it helps us figure out what's happening?

For example, are you using an SSL certificate on a shared IP?
Which OS do you use?
Is the domain a full domain or a subdomain (like the OP's)?

Our SSL certificate is a SSL-Webserver-Certificate from Thawte.

Our system runs with CentOS 6.2 with panel version 10.4.4 Update #32.
The server has an own dedicated ip.
The domain is a full domain.

On the site of the SSL settings all symbols of the certificate are activated.
The SSL is activated on the domain. If I open any secured site I see a certificate which is issued to/from 'install64'.
I don't know this certificate.

If I add the SSL certificate to the central settings and secure the panel with this certificate, the SSL certificate works but only for the panel.

it is strange.

sorry for my englisch ;-)
