Plesk 10.4.4 update hangs

Hi ,

I am trying to upgrade a server from 10.3.1 (with the backup isseus) to 10.4.4.

He always hangs on this part:
File downloading SITEBUILDER_10.4.4/dist-rpm-RedHat-all-all/base/pp-sitebuilder-10.4.4-36793.11110312.noarch.rpm: 10%..20%..30%..

I have rebooted. updated the server... but he keep ons hanging...

Any suggestions?
 
Determining the packages that need to be installed

Mine has been sitting here for 6 hours not waiting for the server to determin the products to be installed.

Centos 10.3.1 to 10.4.4 what happened to the free upgrade support which I need to use every time.

htop shows 100% CPU usage for /var/caches/parallels_installer/parallels_installer_CentOS_5_x86_64
and paralleles_insta

@webroy; which alternative server/location did you use to download the Sitebuilder package from?
