Plesk 10.4.4 Windows Migration Manager not keep permission

Dear All
I use plesk migration manager on Plesk 10.4.4, Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition and found that after migration to new server, the file/folder permission that has been set on old server doesn't keep on new server. Any body know how to fix this problem, please help

I migrate from Plesk 10.0.1 to Plesk 10.4.4 on same operating system. Thank you.
