  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

plesk 10.4 (after renovation) problem to pop3

New Pleskian
Hello,
I upgraded to plesk 10.4 and since I updated the email accounts configured only with outlook no longer work with the protocol pop3 but they only work if you configure with imap

in practice if you try configuring via pop continues to require user name and password as if they were wrong (instead is accurate because if you configure everything works with imap), but this only happens in Outlook email while mac os on iphone or ipad etc pop works without problems, what would it be due?

sorry for my english :)

There are many things to check.
Check POP3 settings in Mail section of Tools & Settings -- full username required? Pop-before-relay switched off?
Check secure/encryption settings in Outlook. Compare with Mac clients.
*** Check maillog for actual error. /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog for Redhat/Centos-type OSes.
