Plesk 11.0.9 usage statistics not shown or updated

Dear all,
we have the plesk 11.0.9 MU24 version installed and suddenly usage statistics for each subscription are not shown (actually are 0 ). We've tried to use the command

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=<DOMAIN.TLD>

just to test if it works for a domain, but the command does not execute or post any message!
Any idea what we can do?
