Plesk 11.5.30 hangs on /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/pmmcli --get-tasks-list Backup

hi,

after update to 11.5. i hade a problem: if i click on the "backup manager" in the admin panel (or on the domain-admin-panel) nothing happend. the browser works hours and the backup-manager is not coming up.

in the console i see a task "/usr/bin/python /opt/psa/admin/sbin/pmmcli --get-tasks-list Restore,Backup 0e93ecf8-c5bd-483c-b4df-a487b8e815d7 any"

if i try a "/opt/psa/admin/sbin/pmmcli --get-tasks-list Restore" = that works. a "/opt/psa/admin/sbin/pmmcli --get-tasks-list Backup" dont work.

any ideas? please. i need the backup-function

Do you have any related error messages in /usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/pmmcli.log?
What is content of /usr/local/psa/PMM/tasks/ directory and BackupsScheduled table of psa database?

we have the same problem...
in our BackupScheduled table are two entries:

(1, 1, 'server', 'local', '2013-07-22 04:07:15', 86400, 'true', 'false', 10, '', '', 0, 'false', 'true', 0, '03:00:00', 'backup_content_all_at_domain'),
(2, 1, 'domain', 'local', '2013-07-22 05:23:47', 86400, 'true', 'false', 10, '', '', 0, 'false', 'true', 0, '04:20:00', 'backup_content_all_at_domain');

in our path /usr/local/psa/PMM/tasks/ we have 40 files generated 2 files each day the last 20 days

and in our pmmcli.log i get this lines after click the backup manager in plesk

After upgrad to 11.5.30 Update #7 the bug is fixed, all works...

Problem is back

After upgrad to 11.5.30 Update #9 or #10 the problem is back, now i have the newest version #11, but the problem still exists...
please help.
