Plesk 11.5 Backup & Restore

Regular Pleskian
After Plesk 11.5 Update, my all previous backups are not showing in the panel.
and when i start creating new backup its giving me error

Plesk 11.5 Backup & Restore
Error: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified

but the folder is Present and its contains old backups.

how to fix this issue !!!

Make sure that you have plesk_agent_manager.exe file in %plesk_bin% directory.

Its not there !!!
How come its not present.
Previously My Plesk version was 11.0.9 and backup woking fine.
now i upgraded to 11.5.3

can you send me that file ; so i can put it inside the respective folder ?

It seems that upgrade procedure finished incorrectly. Could you please check errors in autoinstaller3.log file for upgrade process. It is located at the root of system drive in randomly generated folder. For example:

c:\4c1e1bd6f1d35dd4c8d23f8690721e1b\autoinstaller3 .log

or you can attach log in this thread or send me in private message.

I am facing the following problem after upgdrading to 10.5.3

1. BAckup/Restore not working and previous backups are all gone !!
2. Unable to Delete Customer/User accounts/DOmain and sub domains!.. taking too long and then nothing happned.

please suggest how to fix it !!!
is that any way i can roll back to previous version ? or re update the process ?
 
Please check version of file pmm-ras.exe

It seems that you still face results of failed upgrade.

Could you please check version of file %plesk_dir%\admin\bin\pmm-ras.exe
Please open corresponding folder in Windows Explorer, right-click on file "pmm-ras.exe", select Properties. Open tab "Details", and check version of file.

It should be 11.5.x.
Please check it and we can think how to fix this issue after that.

and found this error

Unable to process impersonate run as command: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\billing\\bin\run-all.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Execute file name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\plesksrv.exe

now im getting another issue ... new domain creation taking too long and thn hnothings happnes. after page refresh manually the domain shows in panel but not in iis7!!!


what all these issue ???

is there any way i can backup my full data and then re-setup all ?

please assist me ..

i have 500 sites and account running.
