New Installation on a fresh OpenSuSE 12.3 x64.
MU 19 was last install action
First login after acknowledge of license agreement.

Reinstalled OS and Plesk Panel three times until now.

Any idea for this issue?

Hi Abdi,

thanks a lot for that hint. It worked!
There was no boost or boost-devel package installed, neither by OS install, nor by the plesk-installer. A "zypper install boost boost-devel" installed at least boost-devel, as no boost package exists for OpenSuSE.
The Plesk installer should check this as a requirement and a automatic installation would be helpful.
