Could you provide us with additional info? I see that you use Atomic third-party repository, do you have another third-party repos? Could you describe of action order: Plesk installation/upgrade, repository setup, mysql install/upgrade?

Okay, I solved it myself by removing 4psa-tbackup-psa10-3.0.0-121009.01.rhel6.x86_64.

What is 4psa-tbackup-psa10-3.0.0-121009.01.rhel6.x86_64 ? It is not a Plesk package, AFAIK. Remove it if you want to upgrade.
 
Since 2 weeks I have not run yum update.. so I try it today and get a error

Why is here now a error? I have nothing changed and in past its working all very fine. Only Plesk have make microupdates...
Can anybody tell me what I must do?
 
Mixing PHP-related packages from different vendors/repositories is a good way to get a headache. I suggest removing graphviz-php if you don't need it.
