  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk 11 - All domains showing default plesk page - EC2

VinnyT

Regular Pleskian
Hi. I am attempting to migrate a plesk 11 server to a plesk 11 server on an amazon ec2 instance. Everything has been going great so far. I've tried moving a few domains over, and when you try to access the page, you only see the plesk default www page.

- I've tried reconfiguring (httpdmng).
- I've tried rebooting
- I've set the ip address (within plesk) to the elastic IP (55.x.x.x), where it was previously 10.x.x.x.
(Incidentally, that made the problem worse. Previous to that change, the domains would all at least point to a seperate domain within my server. Now they all just point to the default www page).

I've read through the boards and documentation, and i'm coming up very short. I'm not even really sure where to look.

Thanks

One other thought ... is it possible that my Amazon EC2 hostname is not set correctly?
I've used the plesk amazon set ip command, but that really doesn't seem to do anything. Do i need to manually set the external hostname to an IP address (or the full FQDN)? I've also made changes to /etc/sysconfig/network and the hostname command.
