• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk 11 with NginX and more than 256 domains

SalvadorS

Regular Pleskian
Yesterday I found that Nginx can´t handle more than 256 domains with plesk 11 (You can patch it http://kb.parallels.com/115139)

I patched but I have one question. Do you have servers with more than 256 domains and Nginx working? I patched my server but I was wondering if it is correct to add more than 256 domains.

Thanks for your answers

Hi SalvadorS,

It depends on your server's hardware specs and what kind of services are attached to your domains (php websites, coldfusion, tomcat, mail with antispam/antivirus, etc).
In general, it is quite normal to have several hundreds domains on single Plesk.
