I am trying to switch over to smarter mail in plesk. I have installed the smarter mail server and configured it on the server then gone in to the plesk panel and refreshed the server components. I can then see the SmarterMail MTA listed so click on it and authenticate with the correct credentials, that part goes fine.
I then go to enable the smarter mail server and it tries for a while then comes up with an error stating that because there are more that 10 domains on the server that the version does not support it. I was under the impression that by installing SmarterMail on Plesk it converts the version from free to Lite and as such supports unlimited domains. I can't seem to get past this point so any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have tried SmarterMail versions 15.5 and 14.7 - neither work
