Issue Plesk 12.5 to 17.0.17 Upgrade Failure

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: During upgrade, I get this error:

Error: Failed to install or upgrade the extension 'Plesk Migrator' (package: panel-migrator):

Have you tried do deinstall the Migrator extension, then do the upgrade, then reinstall the extension?
