Issue Plesk 12.5 to Onyx issue

Axel

New Pleskian
Hi,
i got 2 servers. One of them on Ubuntu 16, upgrade was successfull after 3 minutes.
On the other, Ubuntu 14.04.5 i tried several times to upgrade without success. An error remains.

I'm not strong enough to analyse the attached log.
I tried the repair tool , but no problem was detected but a little right files warning at the root directory of my domain.

Any help would be welcome.
Thanks in advance.

Looks like something wrong with MySQL database upgrade. I would suggest you check mysql log for related error messages and fix it.

Thanks Igor. I'll investigate by this side and i'll report you if i find something.
Have a nice day

HI and thank again Igor.
But no issue found when trying plesk repair db :
Code:
Checking the Plesk database using the native database server tools .. [OK]

Checking the structure of the Plesk database ........................ [OK]

Checking the consistency of the Plesk database ...................... [OK]

Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0

So i suppose the KB articles you gave me won't be usefull, will they ?
Never mind, gonna reinstall all
