If I buy a license for Plesk 12 (Web Pro) from Plesk reseller, then I can upgreade to Plesk Onyx without extra cost? Will there be Wordpress Toolkit after upgrade?
There should not be any upgrade limit depending on where you buy a license. Actually, you don't buy a "version 12" license, but a "Pro" license. This always allows for the latest version.
