Plesk 6 Mail Auto Responder Not Working

Hi,

I am running Plesk 6 on a Redhat 9 platform. Suddenly my Mail Autoresponder is not working. When I activate it for an Out of Office Reply it seems that the senders don't receive any notification. Can anyone help me to fix this problem.
