Plesk 7.5.3 Hotlink Protection Not Working

We have used plesk 7.5.3 on one of our servers. One of the website that on this server use plesk's hotlink protecion but it didnt work out. The site that use hotlink protection is www.sosyetiqhaber.com and the link is http://www.sosyetiqhaber.com/haber_images/indigo (12).jpg i put this link into a html code like that <img src=http://www.sosyetiqhaber.com/haber_images/indigo%20(12).jpg> then i put this .html file on the other website www.alpman.name.tr/hotlink.html address and this site in not special allow on the plesk but i can wiev this picture from this link. Hotlink protection is enabled in the plesk panel. How can i resolve this problem, please help me...

please update Plesk to version 7.5.6
