plesk 7.5.4 mod_security + horde/imp

ever since I had plesk update from 7.5.2 to 7.5.4, I notice horde was moved from /home/httpd/vhosts/webmail to /usr/share/psa-horde. and now mod_security is giving me the biggest headache.

the msg in the error_log is
mod_security: Access denied with code 403. Pattern match "\\\\.php\\\\?.*=(http|https|ftp)\\\\:/.*\\\\?" at REQUEST_URI [hostname "webmail.domain.com"]

any idea what am I suppose to change in the mod_security exclude.conf?
