Plesk 7.5.6 to Plesk 8.3.1 question

I am going to start Migration from Plesk 7.5.6 for Windows to Plesk 8.3.1 Windows. Please advise me, I can simply do this through PMM or I also need to upgrade to Plesk 7.5.6 to Plesk 7.5.6+ ?

Also advise, after we complete Migration we can upgrade to Plesk 8.6?

Please advise the needfull.
