4 days ago I bought plesk7.5 for windows.At the time I was buying plesk the server was down, installing plesk on it. Because of that I have not received the Key to activate the product. Since then I sent a lot of emails, daily, asking to have my plesk7.5 key sent again but looks that the people in there are sleeping or something.... I am an existing customer with SWSoft for a while now, in the past I bought other versions of plesk for Windows and Linux. I will like to find an address or telephone number to make a proper complain. I cannot believe that a company like SWSoft treats the customers in such a bad way or some people responsible with this work are not doing the job properly. If this issue is not going to be sorted I am going to post this complain to all forums possible, I have no other choice.
