plesk 8.1 qmail patches

I'm looking for the patches that were used to build qmail for plesk 8.1.
http://kb.odin.com/en/1161 only has the patches for plesk 8.2 and above.
I can't upgrade plesk ( don't ask why ) so I really need the patches.
Would the ones for plesk 8.2 work ? Is there big different in qmail between the two versions ? Do I risk breaking anything ?
