I've got a domain hosted under Plesk 8.1.0 (W2K3). When I attempted to delete it initially, Plesk complained that a subdomain couldn't be deleted (a subdomain that didn't even exist).
Long story short, I manually deleted the appropriate vhosts folder, all Plesk-created users, the IIS website, app pool, etc. -- *assuming* (incorrectly) that Plesk would just ignore/skip errors (or prompt me to continue) -- and at least remove the domain from its database. Well, it didn't.
I've been trying to determine where Plesk keeps domain information internally. From what I've read, Plesk 7.? has a PSA database sitting on a second MySQL instance on port 8306. I, however, see no second instance on my server, and attempts to log in on that port have failed (as have attempts on any other port that the system appears to be listening on).
What I'm looking for is either how to get this domain deleted "normally" -- or how to get into Plesk's internals (PSA database?) to brute force it out myself.
Any insight is appreciated.
