Plesk 8.1 with SmarterStats 3

Hi,

I installed SmarterStats 3 onto my Plesk 8.1 machine. I can view the SmarterStats program and Statistics when I log on with Remote Desktop. But when I try to access SmarterStats through Plesk, the Stats window opens but nothing happens and the window eventually times out.

I'm trying to access the SmarterStats through Domain->Report->WebStats. Is that the correct way to access it?
