Plesk 8.2 and Sitebuilder 4.0

Has anyone noticed any bad inconsistencies after Plesk update? I am suddenly experiencing eShop malfunctions on my publishing server and can't tell if it is from Sitebuilder 4.0 upgrade or from an 8.2 update of Plesk.

We had a look around and it seem as though the ioncube needed a re-start.
