Plesk 8.2 for Linux Domain alias not working

Domain name alias not working

I am able to create domain name aliases for about 90% of the domains on my server. I am not able to do so for others which are configured exactly the same way the other domains are configured. The button for creating the aliases is simply not active. Any suggestions??

Hello,

Possible reasons of such issue:
- Domain reached the maximum number of domain aliases:
you can check it here:
Domains > domain.com > Limits > Maximum number of domain aliases

- CLient, which domain belongs to reached the maximum number of domain aliases for domains as well:
Clients > Name > Limits > Maximum number of domain aliases
