My plesk stopped working
is an error in php5 and mysql

domains that use the error have php5

Plesk uses php5 and it can not connect to mysql

Are you sure that mysql server is started there? Is there any related errors in Event Viewer, Plesk logs?

Seems you have not synchronized Plesk admin password and password for admin user in MySQL. Therefore you should reset password for admin user in MySQL with the same password as Plesk admin. You can find a lot of recommendation how to reset password in MySQL with google. After that set up and synchronize new password with http://kb.odin.com/en/1561
