I've tired a lot here;
per domain backups we're talking here, from windows 2008 64 bit (Plesk9.4) to windows 2008 32bit(Plesk 10.4);
If I backup from 9.4 it goes ok, I backup to a personal ftp location;
I've tried adding the personal ftp location to the new 10.4 server, restored, it says it's done it but then nothing is in the domains/clients area
I've tried uploading the backup to the local store through PSA, nothing shows in the backups section
I've tried the migration manager (this is covered in a different forum post so I won't cover it)
Basically no matter what I do I can;t get Plesk backups to work, and Plesk gives me no information as to why.
Help anybody.... please
