Plesk 9.5.2 "Mail Queue" does not match Linux "mailq" results

Plesk Control Panel [Mail Queue] fails to display active messages

Problem Resolution [see previous posts]:
(1) "mailq" results match "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailqueuemng --queue DHIAC -P0 -C999999 -s"

Problems Still Unresolved [see previous posts]:
(2) "mailqueuemng" options -l, -L, --help do not work as detailed in Plesk documentation.
(3) The WYSIWYG Plesk Control Panel does not report any mail details in the "active" queue.
(4) The WYSIWYG Plesk Control Panel randomly does not report the mail in the "active" queue.
Examples of output related to (3) and (4) above:

Plesk COntrol Panel > Home > Mail Server Settings > Mail Queue
Server-wide mail preferences

First interrogation:
Info
"Messages in queue: 4 deferred, 0 held, 0 incoming, 53 active, 0 corrupted, 57 total."
No active messages are displayed, only the deferred messages.

Second and subsequent interrogation [e.g., search active messages queue for a string]:
Info
"Messages in queue: deferred, held, incoming, active, corrupted, total."
No messages are displayed.

Conclusion: Plesk Control Panel does not display active messages and sometimes, none at all.

Status of This Thread - January 25, 2011

In July 2010, it was reported that the Plesk WYSIWYG Control Panel failed, and now through Plesk version 9.5.4, still fails to report any active email message details in the email message queue on standard CentOS 5 distro servers. The problem worsens upon subsequent interrogations of the server mail queue whereby no messages are subsequently reported via the Plesk Control Panel whatsoever via: Home> Mail Server Settings> Mail Queue, and the following message is displayed: "Messages in queue: deferred, held, incoming, active, corrupted, total."

The Plesk default solution appears to be that Plesk clients will need to abandon use of the Plesk Control Panel and use terminal commands [via PUTTY] when this bug is encountered to display the email details in the server message queue using: "mailq" or "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailqueuemng --queue DHIAC -P0 -C999999 -s". [fogelf - thank you for this workaround]
