Dear support,
I've a license for Plesk 9.3. Is it compatible with Plesk 9.5?
Can I upgrade my software without purchase another license?

Thanks
Massimiliano

Hello,

I have the same problem. My licence is a licence provide by OVH.com, with the dedicated server.

Somebody have any informations ?

regards

Sorry, for the previous message. I must wait for re-activation of licence key.

Regards

Sorry, i don't understand if you have installed 9.5 with the 9.3 license...

If you can look into your psa database! In table 'misc' the attribute 'version' was set to 0923 at my servers. I did the 9.3 Upgrade with the updater inside of Plesk, so I don't know, why it does not has been fixed...

I changed it to 0930 and run the installer again. After Upgrade my 9.5 Key has been accepted and Plesk runs fine now.

how you can look the psa database, where i can find the configuration db ?
