• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi.

I want to upgrade my system from Lenny (Stable) to squeeze (Testing), because i need the newest PHP version 5.3.3.
I also want to use PEAR but that PEAR package i need, can't work with php 5.2.6.

Will i **** plesk up if i upgrade the system?

yes, squeeze is not support

you can use a additional repro for newer versions of php.
we use dotdeb.org for this ..

oka :)

Updating only that package wont effect on plesk?

dotdeb.org repro and plesk works good for us

but it is more then just one package ;-)

Hello, I accidentally upgraded from lenny to squeeze without thinking about plesk 9.x is not working on squeeze.

Webs are reachable, but plesk itself and mail server are not working anymore. How could I downgrade to lenny and get plesk again running? Before upgrade I backed up /etc sources and so on.
