• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

When trying to create a new mail account I get this error.

Error: There are no resources of this type (mail accounts) available from your Service Provider. Requested: 1; available: 0. The notification has been sent to your Service Provider.

I have unlimited accounts. What gives?

I have the same problem: this is shown when I create a new mail account with Plesk. I did re-image the entire Windows server, but this still happens.

Kindly help!

Hi,

I just called the tech of 1and1 (my account is with them) and the guy is helpful in lifting the license restriction. Now everything is good!

Just to share with you -- he said you may adjust it yourself if it is less than version 9. But he didn't tell me how to do version 9; he did it for me.
