Issue Plesk account suspended

Hi everyone,

I created a WordPress website through Plesk the other day, and when I tried to connect to it today it said my account has been suspended. After doing some research, I found that it may have been linked to an overusage of the available capacity. I upgraded my subscription through my domain name seller, but my Plek account is still suspended. Please help!
