Plesk Admin page broken - Microupdate recently?

JustinBrinkster

New Pleskian
The error returned upon pulling up the page is the following:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_failure_redirect_url() in C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\auto_prepend\auth.php3 on line 216

I have replaced the auth.php3 file.

When doing so,

I receive,
The file C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\htdocs\index.php is part of Plesk 9 distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk 9 environment.

This was never Plesk 9 on this server...

Windows 2008 Server R2 STD
Dual Xeon E5645 x 2.40GHz
32 GB RAM

Have not experienced issues with this installation for two months.

Support articles to not seem to reference the errors I am receiving.

I have run the Reconfigurator check for permissions to no avail.
