Plesk Admin stop work after upgrade.

I'm getting error when i visit https://localhost:8443
Warning: file(/etc/psa/psa.conf) [function.file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\class.Conf.php3 on line 33
Unable to read Control Panel configuration file:

All other domain and service is working.

Any Idea?

Have try to repair the install but same problem...

Plesk could not execute the method of detecting Plesk configuration, It was caused by insufficient permissions on file C:\WINDOWS\system32\libmysql.dll. Such situation can be caused by fact that either libmysql.dll was replaced manually or by another software.

Solution, inherit permissions from C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder and make sure that psaadm and psacln have read, read and execute and list folder content permissions.
