Issue Plesk an Mailenable Auto responder feature not working

We have customers that cannot use the Plesk -> Mailenable Autoresponder feature from within plesk. It does not enable or disable when used.

We using plesk 12.5 and mailenable 9.16

Is there any known issues like this or a solution.

I'm not sure, but maybe it is related to the fact that you use unsupported ME version? According to Plesk 12.5 Release Notes only 9.0 version is supported - https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/12.5/software-requirements/#s4-1-2

Ok - strange though as its only autoresponder. Everything else seems to work 100%
