plesk and iis problem

hello.
I have a problem.
In my windows server, when I try to create a new account, account is creating in plesk but not in iss.
I tried everything but accounts are creating in plesk but not in iis.
I looked for google and plesk forums but couldnt find anything about this issue.
Can you help me please?
Maybe someone there know plesk or iis.

there is not a problem when creating account in plesk.
everything is normal and any errors.
