I get the following error when running autoinstaller 3.3 --

ERROR: OS template name is already defined as redhat-as4-x86 (try set name redhat-el4-x86)
Not all packages were installed.
Please, resolve the above problem and try installing the packages again.

how do I set the name to redhat-el4-x86 (which is my OS)

Thanks

tgolly, this issue is fixed in the latest autoinstaller. the problem appeared when one was trying to install Plesk+SB or SB+SSO. download newest autoinstaller and try again, should be good.

Same problem on SuSE 10.2

I have the same error, on SuSE 10.2:

I have SuSE 10.2 and Plesk 8.3.0. I want to update it to 8.4.0.

# cat /etc/SuSE-release
openSUSE 10.2 (i586)
VERSION = 10.2

After I downloaded and run the latest autoinstaller ./parallels_installer_v3.3.1_build080407.16_os_SuSE_10.2_i386

I get the following messages:
