Plesk backup- How to know absolutely it worked ?

Via the Backup Manager I have backed up my forum at www.practicalmachinist.com, the results being a 1.81 GB size file. Via the little floppy disk icon I have downloaded the 1.81 GB to my computer and then burned this to DVD.

But what exactly have I backed up and is there anyway to examine some of the actual forum posts to confirm they were indeed backed up ?

Wow...5+ days later and 15 views and zero replies...is this forum worthless or what ?

Almost a year later and still no reply.... I find it astounding that no one knows the answer to this simple question.
