Plesk Backup Restore

Hi I was wondering if someone could tell me how i restore my plesk backup, i created a backup and downloaded it to my comp before i reimaged my server but im not sure where to upload it to restore it again, any ideas anyone?

I have Plesk 8!

Backup Manager

In backup manager there is a way to add a file...it is down below the backup and schedule back up options...however I need to know how you restore one that is 500megs and makes the server time-out.
