Plesk backup shutting down pop3/smtp

Hi,

Each night plesk backup runs and it shuts down pop3, smtp and plesk services for up to 2 hours. The services aren't started backup until the backup job is finished.

Is this normal?

Does this happen at around 12am every night (or when your backup is scheduled)?

Which services stop?

I believe we may be having the exact same issue.
