Plesk Backup Utility

We've Plesk 9.5.5 installed on Windows 2008 and when we login to RDP I don't see any Backup Utility in Start -> parallels -> Plesk (As far as I know this option was available in earlier plesk version). Can you please tell me how to enable this Backup Utility in RDP as backup through plesk admin using Backup Manager doesn't seems to be good option.

My question is that we need to setup backup scheduler for our clients account but through RDP, is it possible ?
