Hello,

Would You Please help me with this Problem?

I have windows web server 2008 and plesk 12.5, the process of plesk backup agent hangs and consumes all the cpu which makes my server inaccessible or SO Slow.

How can I solve this problem?

Please note the backup schedule is at midnight but i found the process hangs in the morning
 
open the task manager and check the which process is consuming all the CPU after the backup started. Also check the event viewer for the logs as why the backup process was hanged.
 
thanks for your help it solved, there was an scheduled task for backup which is running at specific time and consumes all cpu
