I have moved to a new server restored my domains and the backup to FTP doesn't seem to work through plesk control panel it says running in schedule tasks and i get a write_test file in the FTP folder but no backup file. I have checked the firewall logs and the server does connect to my FTP server. Anybody got any ideas why it is only uploading the write_test file and not the backup file this does the same on all of the domains i have tried.
But if i run the Plesk Backup to backup all my domains at once it works so this obviously rules out the firewall problem?
