Resolved Plesk broken - SWKeyExFatalError;

elcopdoo

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

in our server Plesk 12.5.30 suddenly stopped working,
when trying to open panel web GUI message appeared:
ERROR: SWKeyExFatalError
error: Cannot open file

after looking at df -h I've find out that root folder on CENTOS 7.1 ran out of space.
I cleared some space and tried various plesk repair scripts, but nothing helped.
Then i uninstalled all apache, php and mysql modules with Yum,
and tried to reinstall Plesk again.
Reinstalation suceeded but Plesk is still broken.

I also tried
https://kb.plesk.com/en/111684

but when executing command
/usr/sbin/usermod -a -G swkey-data psaadm

it tells me that swkey-data group is missing...

Also I don't know how to:
Check which directories are absent and recover them (it's possible to copy from test environment).

Please advise what to do next...

Br,
Denis

After 3 days of trying I finally repaired Plesk,
in the end I used full uninstall script and removed Plesk.
After that i ran fresh installation and update all MU's.

Then proceed with solution for
/etc/sw/keys broken permissions after upgrade

then open Plesk admin GUI and roll back keys.

Denis
