Resolved Plesk changed files with umlaute

Hello,

I have a strange thing.
I have German files on the server for many year. Those files contains umlaute like ü etc.
They always shown correctly.
When i checked today, these file do not show the umlaute but like Br?hl_3.6.0.0.exe instead of Brühl_3.6.0.0.exe

I can not change the name with and FTP or WINSCP. The only way to rename them is within Plesk using the filemanager.

Is this a bug???
