Resolved Plesk control panel gives 500 Internal Server Error

Winnstorm

Basic Pleskian
hello,

I'm facing this error from today, my server stopped working normally, web pages under this server does give a Internal SERVER ERROR and when I try to connect to the plesk control panel ( https://...:8443 ) it does give a 500 Internal Server Error.

I've checked the logs but I dont know exactly what's going on:

root@df77322:/var/log/sw-cp-server# service apache2 restart
* Restarting web server apache2 mktemp: failed to create file via template ‘/tmp/tmp.XXXXXXXXXX’: Read-only file system
/etc/init.d/apache2: 91: /etc/init.d/apache2: cannot create : Directory nonexistent
[fail]
* The apache2 configtest failed.

Services are not working at all. I've verified that there is enough disk space.

root@df77322:/var/log/sw-cp-server# df -h

I tried a Plesk restart without any luck

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!

looks like hard drive/virtual hard drive issue. It seems the System was automatically mounted as a read-only to prevent the data loss, therefor I suggest to contact service provider in order to resolve
